Sarah N. McLaughlin, PMP
is co-founder of YNH Consulting and an award-winning communications strategist with nearly 20 years experience and a passionate commitment to the growth of New Orleans. As a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute, Sarah has developed sharp analytical and strategic planning skills, as well as an ability to instill confidence in others, remain calm under duress and persuade with diplomacy.
Most recently, Sarah has managed stakeholder engagement for the $2.3 billion dollar Capital Improvement Program for the City of New Orleans, served as the director of communications in the Office of New Orleans Mayor Mitchell J. Landrieu and led multi-million dollar federal contracts for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Tamar Meguerditchian Gregorian, PhD, APR is co-founder of YNH Consulting and has more than 15 years of experience in both the practice and instruction of public relations. Accredited in public relations, she manages strategic communication in the private and public sectors and has cultivated relationships with local and national media, as well as worked alongside state and federal agencies.
Tamar serves as an adjunct instructor at Tulane University, Loyola University New Orleans and The University of Southern California.
